Roger Heerman, MBA, has served as Chief Business/Operating Officer of Kinaset Therapeutics since 2020. Prior to co-founding Kinaset, Roger held a series of corporate and commercial development roles of increasing responsibility during his nearly decade long tenure at Vectura Group plc, ultimately rising to the role of Executive Vice President, Commercial and Business Development/Chief Commercial Officer. Previously, he was Vice President and Director of Client Service at Mc|K Healthcare Advertising, Vice President, Sales and Marketing, at Critical Therapeutics, and National Account Manager at Decision Resources. He began his life sciences career in sales and marketing at GlaxoSmithKline. Roger is a Non Executive Director at NEPeSMO. He holds a B.S. in entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial studies and an MBA in finance from Babson College.
